How important fathering is? It is very important, indeed. When Jesus reigns from the dead, He didn’t go straight to heaven, He met His disciples, because at that time, their mental condition is very weak. They thought that Jesus will be the king of Israel and set them free from Roman Empire Colonialization. But, Jesus died. At that time, the disciples didn’t know that Messiah came to set them free from the sin, not from the colonialization specificly.
Our children or our disciples or anyone that guided by us is someone that will inherit ourselves. They will keep our values and do it. If we want to succeed we must have fathering heart. We have a duty to become mentor, that’s a fact, although we don’t realize it.
Wherever we are, mentoring duty will never stop. We will always interact with people, so we will influence and be influenced by people. That’s why, being a role model, an example is very important. Mentoring will always talks about being a role model.
When someone feels fathering touch, that person will change, and it is an absolute. The question is how that person change? To be more good or at the contrary, being more evil. More effective and efficient our mentoring method will produce extraordinary person, because there is no one born with no talent. The question is how we, as his/her mentor, dig the potential.
A mentoring matter will always talks about how much we invest our life at our disciples life. When we invest it more, we will see extraordinary person, because there is no limitation of someone’s potential. We have a duty to do it, at minimum is to our sons and daughter, but not being aside is our environment, people around us.
In fact, it is God’s heart to have us in a mentoring condition. It is His desire for us to change someone’s life. A successful company is a company that found the heir of the business. If they don’t found it, they will definitely fall. If we want to succeed in our life, it is not a matter of how many wealth we have, but how much we have change someone’s life, made him/her be someone who has value and make difference. It is our function, it is our duty and it is very powerful.
