What love means(to you)?
Someone will say “love is anything”, else will say “can’t live without it”. Jesus said that if we love, then we will give, and also extraordinary love, “love your enemy!”. In my opinion, i must admit that i am an awkward person to do this kind of thing. If i could say, i am a human that cannot express my love.
In love language, there are some words that really exist and be a usual thing. “please”, “i love you”, “thank you”, “i am sorry”, and other similar words. Until recently, i cannot express that words fluently. It is like if i want to say that, there is a giant fluid inside my throat that prevents me to say that.
But, i don’t know why, lately, there is a word that laying in my mind. The word says if you love, then you will give. The must underlined word is you must give! Yeah, love is not selfish, the bible also said that. But, maybe the revelation just recently opened my way of mind. Hmmm…
This revelation changes my standard about love. I must say, if i cannot give to someone, it really don’t make sense if i say that i love that person. It also counts my relationship with God. If i cannot give my life to Him, it really don’t make sense if i say that i love Him.
This love meaning changes my life, a little by a little. Imagine, if all people in this world has this philosophy of love, i think we will have a really beautifull world. What about you?
NB: By knowing this phillosophy doesn’t make me as a love doer, you know.. =) But God loves you, i know that you know! He gave His only Son to save you! (and also me)
